Tips/Tricks

So today we are going to talk about the Latest training... We started with Some Cardio 10 Minutes on lvl 5-7 or so... And later we have gone to the training machines... First we trained in some machines for the legs and later for the ABS...

We recomend with every training nevermind what you are going to do next... To make some cardio before and after the training...

Before starting with the training eat a Banana... During the exercices you will do you will have to drink approximately 0,5L of water... And depending on yout age...


18> You can drink some natural proteins for the body that you have lost during training.
Or...
18< Eat 5 datiles without bone.


Obviusly do not eat things that can ruin the exercice that you have maked on the gym like for example...
Do some cardio + Dumbbells... And later eat some chocolate with fritters
Or so...

After the gym I personally recomend to eat a recepy that i will drop around here:
